Description
For all intents and purposes, Jacob has the appearance of an innocent 7 or 8 year old child with a unending love of life. Jacob has bonded greatly with Charlie, a young mage from the Salvation cabal, and the Chaos Theories chantry. Charlie has become Jacob's guardian. Along with his playfulness, Jacob has a very hearty appetite. When it becomes necessary, Jacob can take on his true appearance, that of a very young black dragon. He has so far demonstrated the ability to fly, and possesses an insatiable desire to learn.
Background
Jacob was first introduced to the Salvation cabal when its members were sent by the War and Wisdom chantry to rescue Jacob from a Verbena chantry that was under siege by the Technocracy. Jacob would later travel from Chicago with the Salvation cabal, to Canada, and then to Salvation, ID and finally would arrive with his cabal in San Francisco. A potential conflict arose when it was revealed to the Chaos Theories cabal that Jacob was, in fact, a dragon. Bear's girlfriend, Kim, who is a Troll fae that has traditionally killed dragons, was notified of the presence of Jacob. After conversing with the young dragon, Kim was going to converse with the other fae and would notify the chantry of the outcome of the conversation. At present time, the fae have not communicated with Chaos Theories any type of decision on Jacob.
