Background
Little is currently known about Chow's history prior to his joining of the Chaos Theories chantry as he suffers from amnesia.
Chow traveled from China to Las Vegas as part of a touring Chinese acrobatic troupe. He was led by were-crows to Idaho, where he then met up with the members of the Salvation cabal.
