The timeline given on this site does not necessarily reflect the timeline of the new Shadowrun universe that I have constructed. I am unable to go into too many details of how the timelines defer as of yet, given they would be spoilers.

There are a couple of ways the Ares Macrotechnology corporation from my universe deviates from the established cannon. In this universe, it is the fifth largest corporation in the world. Secondly, the branch referred to as General Motors does not exist in this universe. In this timeline, General Motors filed for bankruptcy and collapsed during the final years of the United States. Ares, in the year 2018, started its own North American auto industry, naming it 'Orion Motor.'
