Metahuman groups outraged by proposal; calling it discrimatory, inflamatory and unjust.

• Local Seattle, UCAS news: March 3, 2055--Following the riots that were set off by clashing policlubs known as Humans and the Sons of Sauron, nearly 30 people (20 humans, 10 metahumans) were killed, and over 200 injured. That tally did not include the seven humans that were found murdered execution style in an alley near the governmental offices.
