• Local Seattle, UCAS news: February 28, 2055--Renton District Mayor Usinski proposes radical solution to the problem of rising gun violence in the Metroplex; proposes to ban all metahumans in the Metroplex from lawfully carrying a firearm. Metahuman groups outraged by proposal; calling it discrimatory, inflamatory and unjust.

• Local Seattle, UCAS news: March 3, 2055--Following the riots that were set off by clashing policlubs known as Humans and the Sons of Sauron, nearly 30 people (20 humans, 10 metahumans) were killed, and over 200 injured. That tally did not include the seven humans that were found murdered execution style in an alley near the governmental offices.

• Local Seattle, UCAS and National news,March 20, 2055--Controversial proposition proposed by Renton District Mayor Usinski passes council 7-3, now awaits the Governor to sign it into law. Metahuman rights groups protest nature of law, calling it discrimatory, racist, and inflamatory.
