Description

Courtney Quinn was a relatively optimistic and friendly cheerleader for Oregon State University. She has long light brown hair, blue eyes and stands about 5'5". Courtney was an average student; dreaded exams, liked to hang out with her friends, and had an extensive network of gossip-sources.

Background

Courtney was born in Portland, Oregon and lived with her father, Judge Ronald Quinn, and her mother, Sophia until she began attending college. She joined the cheerleading squad her freshman year of high school, but despite her friends' encouragement she never ran for captain. She felt more comfortable following others' decisions instead of offering her own.

Before she left for college, she and her friends, Tyme Robertson, Keith, Chris Jenkins, and Roshan Dune, volunteered to be counselors at a summer camp. It was there that they awoke. The camp suffered a supernatural attack, and Courtney lost Brenda, a member of her cabin. Courtney was fatally wounded while fighting shortly after, and chose to eschew the Cycle in order to "protect the Brendas" from a similar fate. Courtney exited her Coumatha, taking up the duties of a Euthanatos.

Ending Path

After a few successful confrontations and fights, Courtney and her friends found themselves up against a corrupt operation around the Alaskan Pipeline. After dispatching an entire camp, they found themselves facing off with a Nefandi Shadowmage. The group was connected via a mindlink, which the Nefandi managed to infiltrate. Courtney was not able to detect the switch, and began shooting at Keith and Tyme, believing them to be the Nefandi and a Black Spiral Dancer. Courtney ultimately shot and killed Keith. A last-ditch effort to escape provided the group fae-created doors to the Summerlands, where Courtney now resides as a trainer for the fae's unicorns. Her avatar, in an attempt for self-preservation, turned Marauder.

Paradigm

Courtney saw her magic as she did a cheerleading routine. If she did not uphold her role in the formation, the performance would be wrecked and worse, someone could get severely hurt. She penned a cheer for each spoke of the wheel in an effort to remember them quicker.
