*September 3, 2055--The runners receive a tip from a Shadowland user named Haze. They have found out that [[Jana Foust]], now alias Angel of the Night, has set up shop in Austin, a city in CAS that shares its border with Aztlan. The runners began to hunt down their former fixer and club owner, only to have her learn about their inquiries and sent out a larger, and better equipped runner team to eliminate Spiff and his team (including of all things, a mage and a cyberzombie). Spiff, Night Demon, The End barely survived the encounter, but The End was critically wounded and needed to be taken to a hospital (owned by Cross Applied Technologies). The End would later surcumb to his injuries, and to an infection that had developed. Angel of the Night has relocated to Tenochtitlan, and current information about her indicates that she is laying low in Tenochtitlan for the time being.

*October 31, 205--The runners are hired by the head of a small magic group, coming into port from a cruise liner. He is needing their services for protection. One of his fellow magic group members and fellow researcher was posioned while on the trip, by another passenger. In addition, someone had tried to get into the ship's safe that housed the artifacts. Among the artifacts were several idols and statutes (including a very significant idol), as well as the Sexton of the Worlds (which will eventually reappear). The person in question who tried to get at the artifacts had an unexpected heart attack and died, preventing the artifacts from being stolen. It was believed that the individuals after the artifacts was a contracted mercenary group from MET 2000. Mr. Johnson also took the liberty of hiring a second runner team; a runner team that could go on the offense and hunt the mercenaries, while the player characters served as body guards. When the runners' met up with Mr. Johnson at the port, all hell broke loose when the mercenaries attempted to intercept Mr. Johnson. However, the secondary team enaged the mercs, and the runners were able to extract Mr. Johnson from the scene without incident. During the time that Mr. Johnson was in hiding with the team; the team soon learned that he was obsessed with his idols. they also realized that there were a few other teams that were also interested in the artifacts, including possibly Nadia Daviar and Dunkelzhan. Shortly thereafter, the runners came under attack from another mercenary group (from Tsunami). Mr. Johnson made a play for the artifacts during the fight, but was knocked unconcious by Spiff. During the fighting, the magic group leader regained concious, and began to call upon the power of the idol, and summoned eight shadow spirits. The spirits helped the runners fight the mercenaries, and allowed them to leave. The runners attempted to leave Mr. Johnson behind, but he began following them, using the idol's power. The runners eventually rendered Mr. Johnson unconcious again. They would be later contacted by the voice/translator for Arlessh, a Great Dragon from Amazonia, who wished to procur the idol in order to destroy it. The runners made a deal with the dragon, and gave up the location of the idol. The idol was later destroyed by the dragon.

*November 16, 2055-- The team was hired by Saeder Krupp to locate a top secret Ares facility, where components for a UCAS spy satellite were being assembled.  Saeder Krupp wanted the runners to assist them in getting one of their agents into the facility, so that the SK agent could upload a new Operating System for the satellite's node, as well as replace the transmitter with a nearly identical one. The runners created a distraction, by designing a run that was to go after another project in the same building. The distraction allowed the runners to get the agent in safely, and allowed the agent to do her job. The satellite components were successfully reprogrammed/replaced by the SK agent, and Ares was left unaware of the alterations.

* December 9, 2055-- The team was approached by a Mr. Johnson to deliver a crate to an office building, allegedly containing "office furniture." In fact, there was supposed to be a delivery, but Mr. Johnson's delivery was to arrive first. The runners, being suspicious of the pay and the easy nature of the run, inspected the cargo, and found that what was in the box was actually a corpse that had been surgically altered to resemble a hybrid bug spirit.  The office location that Mr. Johnson wanted the crate and the corpse delivered to belonged to the Mothers of Metahumans policlub.  With the current paranoia about bug spirits, this would have been devestating for the MOM organization. The runners would learn that the Mr. Johnson was from Humanis. The runners decided to find Mr. Johnson, and set him and Humanis up, and make it look like Humanis was in league with bug spirits. Lone Star was alerted to this situation, and raided the various chapterhouses of Humanis, making sure they were not infested by bug spirits.

  • March 1, 2055--Runner team is first put together, and is hired by a female Johnson named Elizabeth Whitemore. Ms. Johnson hired the team to acquire a shipment of pharmaceuticals. She is a local fixer, who supplies two street clinics with the drugs that they need. The runners easily completed the mission.
  • April 15, 2055--Runner team was hired by Mr. Johnson to pick up a container from a local electronics store that held eight briefcases. These briefcases contained BTLs for the local BTL houses to sell on the streets. The BTL supplier and the dealers were members of the Yakuza. Despite a run in with the Triads, and a near miss with a Lone Star High Threat Response Team, the runners got the mission accomplished.
  • May 10, 2055--Runner team was hired over the telephone by a member of the Russian Vory to meet up with his smuggling crew that were bringing weapons into Seattle. His operation had been compromised, and Lone Star was waiting for the shipment at the border. When the team arrived at the meet point, the smugglers had been killed, and the weapons stolen. The Vory tracked down the weapons to a storage facility, where the team recovered the weapons (and a Lion shapeshifter) and delivered the weapons and three of the runners who participated in the heist to the Johnson (Simon Grigori).
  • May 30, 2055--'Spiff/Pretty Boy' was called by his contacted, Jana, for a job. The Johnson wanted to hire a team to hijack a shipment of high-end commlinks. Unbeknownst to the runners, Jana had been pinched by Lone Star in an op gone bad, and in order to avoid jail time, arranged for people/groups she knew to be set up for sting operations. She skipped town shortly after she accomplished that task, and her whereabouts are currently unknown. The runners met the Johnson (Nicholas Huntington) at the Lost Unicorn, a bar in the Fort Lewis district of the Seattle Metroplex. Huntington gave the team the necessary details to hijack the shipment. When the team attempted to jump the shipment at a local electronics store, it turned out the truck was filled with Lone Star Cops, conducting a sting operation. The runners managed to get away without being arrested. However, both Jana and Nicholas are no where to be found. The team has been given the possibility of finding Huntington through another 'Johnson,' who is a member of the Tir Tairgire Secret Police. His name is Ethan Silverfox. He has promised the runners 10,000 nuyen each, the location of Huntington as well as the promise of more work after they carry out a task for him, on behalf of the Tir Princes (Surehand, Lofwyr). They are to track down a runner team, who has been smuggling weapons, street drugs and explosives into the Tir for the past 3 years. Surehand wants the team eliminated, while Lofwyr wants the leader of the team, Deep Cover, taken alive. Deep Cover is a drake.
  • June 5, 2055--The 3 man team, in order to deal with the capabilities of the much larger and much more experienced runner team (Razorclaw) that is run by Deep Cover, the team recruits 3 new members. 2 magicians (1 a mage who used to work for Telestrian Industries while the other, a shaman who is associated with Green War), and a street sam who is a former Red Samurai. The runners attempt to do leg work, to find Deep Cover but are unable to. A week later, Deep Cover makes contact with the team, and gives them a time and a date where they can be found. knowing it is a trap, the team refuses to show up. Later on, an adept from the team tries to take out the mage on the player's team. He fails, and is captured.
  • June 6, 2055--A few hours later, the team draws Razorclaw out, and forces them to attack them at a warehouse. Following the battle, Deep Cover is taken alive and the rest of the team is killed, some of whom were killed spectacularly (i.e., killed by their own white phosphorus grenade). The team succeeded in impressing Ethan Silverfox, a member of the Tir Secret Police. And future work with them is all but assured in the future. In addition, one of the enemy spirits, a guardian spirit, went free when its summoner was killed. It vowed revenge on the individuals that killed the magician as well as disrupted him.
  • July 3, 2055--A few things have occurred to the various characters during their down time. "The End" went out on a date with one of his contacts, Scarlett, and the restaurant they were in was held up by Halloweeners. "The End" managed to thwart the robbery, and attempted to have the restaurant owners keep it quiet, but as expected, they called Lone Star, and their was an investigation. Because "The End" did help stop the robbery, Lone Star was going to overlook any firearms violations and close the matter. However, when Lone Star ran the image of the End through various databases, it flagged the End's CAS SIN. A warrant had been issued based on that match for desertion. Nara's character was informed that an attack on the factories of various corporations (Universal Omnitech, Proteus AG, Chemie AE Europpa, subsidiaries of Aztechnology) were going to be targeted with a release of Gamma Anthrax. The attack went off, and the characters took shelter in an environmentally sealed house. It took about two weeks for people to stop becoming infected and for the gamma anthrax to become contained. The main mission for the group was to extract a high level programmer from Renraku (who was working on the Arcology Expert Program). He was guarded by four Renraku Red Samurai, and two of his associates were guarded by one Red Samurai. the team was asked to extract the individual and have him delivered to a bunraku parlor, where he was to be recorded on trideo having sex with Bunraku joy girls, for blackmail purposes. The recording occurred, and the runners were paid. A couple of weeks later, the programmer jumped off the top of the 200+ floor of the Archology, and committed suicide.
  • July 17, 2055--The runners are hired by Mr. Johnson working for the Universal Brotherhood. He has a task that he wishes the runners to complete. He has requested the runners maintain surveillance on three employees of Vector Simga over the course of two weeks, who are high level administrators of a Vector Sigma hospital in Seattle (Director, Assistant Director and Chief of Surgery). The runners decided to split up the surveillance of the three administrators (whose names were Meredith DePalma (Director), Alejandro King (Assistant director) and chief of surgery (Austin Derickson). The Break down of the surveillance teams were: Mike's character was planted as a temp assistant. Quiz's character is assuming the role of a physician's assistant. Rob's character successfully tagged the Assistant Director's coat with an RFID tag, which allowed Siin's character to track him via commlink. Kyra's character assumed the identity of a doctor chasing groupie. Nara's character (Sunshine) was not active with the surveillance, but did benefit from it. Knight Demon arranged for a year long prescription of meds to be delivered to Sunshine that would treat her bio-polar disorder. During the surveillance, the Director of the VS hospital stuck to her schedule, and did nothing out of the ordinary or could be considered suspicious. Night Demon attempted to plant his fly spy on her vehicle, but it was discovered. The VS Security took her to a parking garage, where they brought in two of their vehicles, and smuggled her out. One of the vans returned to her residence carrying nothing but security guards, while the other van, took her to a different location (a safehouse). The Chief of Surgery was discovered in making certain arrangements (ambulance bay, Wednesday, 9 pm,etc). Whatever he is planning has not occurred as of yet. The Assistant Director, however, was caught also making extracurricular activities. When followed, he picked up an unmarked van, and traveled to a street clinic, where he picked up two heavily armed security guards and three unconscious patients. He then traveled to the Redmond Barrens. Rob's, Nara's and Quiz's characters followed. Unfortunately, a Nosferatu had replaced the actual guard at the checkpoint, and influenced both Rob's and Quiz's characters to drive into a trap set up by the Nosferatu. Everyone survived, but Rob's character was scratched by the Nosferatu. Fortunately, he was not infected. However, due to the nosferatu, the surveillance of the Assistant Director was blown. The runners continued with their surveillence, and discovered that the Chief of Surgery was guilty of arranging a run against the hospital's pharmacy, where several expensive drugs were taken. The team also discovered that the individuals that the Assistant Director had delivered to the Barrens were members of the Ancients, who had been declared 'dead' by the street clinic. The team passed this information on to the Ancients, who promptly firebombed the clinic. Later, the team discovered that the Assistant Director made additional arrangements to have a few more metahumans delivered to the Barrens. When followed, the runners discovered that they were being delivered to an apartment complex filled with It would come out later in the team's investigation that the Assistant Director for the Vector Sigma hospital was delivering individuals to an abandoned apartment complex filled with hybrid, Ant spirits. The runners gave this information to Mr. Johnson, who promptly had the evidence broadcast on the major networks. They painted Vector Sigma as being in league with these so-called 'urban legends. Later, it would be revealed that Lofwyr's S-K Prime's Genetics Division headquarters had been infiltrated and taken over by hundreds of insect spirits. Lofwyr personally destroyed the building, and the insect spirits that were inhabiting it. Both Vector Sigma and Saeder Krupp were called before the Corporate Court, where after several fines and sanctions had been implemented, the matter appeared to be resolved by the Corporate Court, though they were determined to continue investigating the appearance of these alien entities. The Universal Brotherhood had successfully painted both Vector Sigma and Saeder Krupp to be collaborators with insect spirits, and ensured that most people will not be looking that them in terms of expecting insect activity in the foreseeable future.
  • August 17, 2055--The same Mr. Johnson from the Renraku mission hires the team again; and this time the job is to extract a high ranking, Novatech employee from protective custody by Corporate Marshals. The Novatech employee had sanctioned several shadow operations against Renraku, specifically targeting the Renraku Expert Program. In addition to having proprietary information stolen from Renraku, the executive was accused of having sanctioned shadow ops to sabotage Renraku's program. The Corporate Court was going to flip the employee and have him testify against three board members who were overseeing his activities. During that time, the runners encountered problems that included a hostile spirit of man (a spirit of a Sioux warrior) and hostile beast spirits, Piasmas, as well as Harpies.
