'''Thomas Bladestrike''' is a semi-retired member of the legendary shadowrunning team [[Omega (Shadowrun)|Omega]], and currently heads up a whole division of resources within the magical corporation known as Vector Sigma.

==Description==
Thomas Bladestrike is a dwarf, approximately 4 and a half feet tall. In the Year of the Comet, Thomas Bladestrike expressed black, Cobra scales all over his body.  Thomas took this as a blessing from his totem/mentor spirit, Cobra.  

Thomas was an assassin by trade before he became a shadowrunner and joined up with Vector Sigma.  From there, he was assigned to Omega.  Thomas specializes in Toxins, Poisons, and other chemicals.  Another signature MO for Thomas Bladestrike is that he utilizes cobra venom when assassinating targets.  He has also been known to use cyanide and arsenic on jobs.

Thomas is an aspected sorcerer.  He cannot conjure or astrally project.  Thomas' favorite spells included physical mask, flamethrower and lightning bolt.

==Background==
As most of his friends and colleagues know, Thomas Bladestrike has a well known reputation for getting himself into trouble, especially when it involves bars.  That tendency has since lapsed, mostly due to his team restricting him from going into bars. At one point, Thomas got in a fight with another member of a rival shadowrun team (Razorclaw).  Originally, Thomas decided not to kill the individual who slighted him, and when he decided to back away from the fight and not kill the individual, his totem, Cobra punished him by taking away the additional benefit of her magic, to augment his own.

When the opportunity presented itself, Thomas killed the individual runner that fought with him.  This caused a problem for Omega, as the team the runner was on came looking for revenge.

Along with this unfortunate incident, Thomas was involved in the development of a counter agent to a new strain of Fluorescent Bacteria (FAB BAC IV).  This particular strain was resistant to magical and most mundane means to destroy it, and was highly susceptible to mutation if exposed to a mana field.  

He joined with Omega to destroy the Great Dragon known as Lofwyr.  Soon after, Omega went into semi-retirement.  Thomas chose to continue working for [[Vector Sigma]], and was later promoted to serve as Acting Director of the Seattle Branch when [[Elara Winters]] was critically injured when the Vector Sigma building in Seattle was bombed.  For a time, Thomas was transferred to England to head up Vector Sigma's United Kingdom branch.  However, when Seattle's director, Magnum, was killed by Sader-Krup in retaliation for the death of Lofwyr, Thomas Bladestrike was reassigned to Seattle.  Thomas Bladestrike once again came together with the other members of Omega to stop a major Shedim invasion, that could have wiped out all life on earth.
