'''Hoonaw Catori''', (aka Samuel Arthur Cain, Bear) is a very large and imposing Hopi Indian and a member of the Dreamspeakers.  He presently belongs to the chantry and cabal known as Chaos Theory and serves as their head of security.  He is the oldest member of the cabal, though that is no longer true in the case of the chantry.

== Description ==
Catori is easily described as unusually large for a Hopi Indian.  He stands at 6'8" in height and weighs in excess of 350lbs, nearly every ounce a product of years of muscle building.  His dark hair is worn long and braided as is tradition with his people.  Additionally, he shows an abnormal amount of body hair. Combined with his size, many people took to calling him Bear, a name that stuck.

== Background ==
Hoonaw Catori was born on September 29, 1984 to Tiponi and Wikvaya Catori, also known as Nicolas Matthew and Merideth Ann Cain.  The Catori family belonged to a tribe of Hopi Indians living on the Hopi Reservation in northeastern Arizona.  The village he was born in followed a combination of traditions, naming Catori only on his 20th day of life instead of at birth, as well as granting him both a Hopi and a White Man name.

== Paradigm ==
Catori believes in the Spirits of the world granting abilities.  He uses his his magic through focused meditation and smoke, adapting the ancient techniques to the modern world so he can commune with and affect the urban based spirit world.
