==Description==
Vector Sigma is one of a handful of AAA Megacorporations in the sixth world.  It was recently appointed to the Corporate Court during the war with Aztechnology. 

Vector Sigma has two sides to its organization.  The public side is an organization that strives to improve the quality of life for both humans and metahumans.  It does so by building and operating schools, hospitals, clinics, revitalizing neighborhoods, and using magic to heal the earth. Its other goal is to advance magical theory.  

The second side of Vector Sigma is a runner-for-hire agency.  Other megacorporations as well as independent parties hire Vector Sigma to accomplish certain tasks or missions in the shadows that they cannot trust to just any street team to accomplish.  The task may be too difficult or simply too dangerous for most street teams to be able to even have a reasonable chance of succeeding.   Vector Sigma normally takes on those very dangerous runs, and has established for itself a high rate of success on those missions.  It is understandable then, that Vector Sigma runner teams are known to be the best trained, most heavily armed, and the most advanced magical teams in the world, and who make for the most dangerous of opponents.  [[Omega]] and the team run by [[Slim Marcone]] are just two examples of the Vector Sigma teams that have worked the shadows for the corporation.
